About Me

Since 2013, I've explored the benefits of mindfulness meditation through dedicated practice and inquiry. My intention is to share these practices with those who seek them, in the spirit of cultivating health, happiness and well-being.

Sādhanā (saa-DHUH-naa):

a daily spiritual practice; anything practiced with awareness, discipline and the intention of spiritual growth.
